Next General Assembly to be held in Joensuu, Finland

The 6th StarTree General Assembly will take place in Joensuu in North Karelia, Finland from 11 - 13 May 2015.
The meeting is organised by Consortium partners LUKE.
The field trip and Knowledge Exchange event will explore non-alcoholic sparkling-wines from forest products, a Chaga cultivation experiment in Lehmo and include an expedition into the Heinävaara forest to learn about Finnish forest management and search for spring mushrooms.
Finnish NWFP to be expected in the Marketplace include berry products, forest herbs, resin lotion, spruce tip syrup, birch sap and tar and resin products for health care.
And of course, no visit to Finland could be complete without the sauna experience - this will be combined with a testing of NWFP cosmetic products.
