cork seminar Dec 2013 250The final project seminar of "Corknow-how: Cork Knowledge Network" will take place on 6 December at the Coruche Cork Observatory, Portugal.

"Corknow-how: Cork Knowledge Network" is a community initiative sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Spatial Planning and co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.

The Union of Farmers' Organisations for Heath and Moorland Development (UNAC) is organising the project's Closing Seminar which will be held on December 6 , in the auditorium of the Cork Observatory in Coruche.

The aims of this seminar are to present the main results of this project, emphasising the balance of the 2012 and 2013 Cork Campaigns, the Cork Marketing Guide, Base Model Account of Culture for the Cork Tree and Case Studies on the "Determination of the Cork Industry's Added Value", prepared for the UNAC AGRO.GES.
