Previously a land manger for local government (UK), now a researcher (DE) working within the field of agroforestry and multipurpose forest use. I love to spend as much time as possible outside and in the forest, for both work and pleasure.
My favourite NWFPs are edible forest products, mushrooms/ chestnuts/ berries. There is nothing better than returning from a foraging expedition and cooking your finds!
